In this role you drive the safety and environmental culture at Siemens Mobility's Cornellà factory. You design and implement EHS guidelines, lead rollouts of programs, and track compliance across the site. You collaborate with internal teams and authorities to ensure regulatory alignment and transparent reporting. This hands-on position combines auditing, training, and continuous improvement to reduce risk and promote sustainable operations. You will help shape a proactive EHS culture aligned with Siemens’ safety and environmental goals.

• Develop and implement internal EHS processes and methods
• Roll out EHS programs and monitor milestones
• Analyze adherence to EHS standards and prepare regular reporting
• Assess changes in EHS laws and adjust internal standards




• Support internal and external EHS audits
• Prepare external EHS reporting for authorities and stakeholders
• Maintain contact with external authorities
• Train employees and management
• Stay updated on regional and local regulations

Responsabilidades
• Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention (Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics/Psychosociology) xqbhyrx or Degree in Environmental Sciences
• Knowledge of EMAS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Experience in continuous improvement and cultural transformation projects
• Knowledge of local and international legislation
• Experience in audits and regulatory reporting
