Job Responsibilities

- Audit Readiness & True‑Ups – Establish permanent compliance guardrails and drive execution of periodic system measurement huddles; reconcile software entitlements against real‑time consumption data to ensure successful vendor audits and minimize financial risk.
- Cloud FinOps Execution – Oversee the financial operations of cloud environments, tracking total cost of ownership, multi‑million software asset budgets,

and rolling forecasts; monitor spending trends to eliminate unnecessary expenditures.
- Software Asset Management Tooling – Assess needs and coordinate effective use of the corporate Software Asset Management toolbox.
- Stakeholder Management – Demonstrate a strong grasp of stakeholder ecosystems, excel in negotiations and partnerships, and provide clear direction to mid‑to‑long‑term goals.
- Cost Allocation, Showback & Chargeback – Implement and refine internal chargeback models to bill corporate entities, local affiliates, or shared value streams accurately for ERP cloud, application, and consumption‑based footprint.
- Vendor Negotiations – Evaluate enterprise usage data and token burnout speed to provide procurement with predictive, data‑backed models for favorable terms, true‑ups, and avoidance of over‑licensing.
- Impact/Strategy – Provide general‑level support for innovative and technological initiatives and drive medium to large‑scale asset and subscription optimization initiatives across product lines.
- Knowledge Scaling – Share FinOps, licensing, cloud, and AI metering expertise at internal events, user groups,

and Centers of Excellence; mentor to embed cost‑consciousness directly into release management pipelines.

Qualifications

- Expertise in SAP Licensing & Entitlement Architecture, including S/4HANA Private Cloud RISE metrics, FUE, Digital Access, BTP consumption credits, SAP AI Units billing logic, and legacy licensing structures.

- Experience participating in global knowledge‑sharing events, technical universities, or Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Deep expertise in ERP software engineering and providing platform support through advanced tools and streamlined processes; understanding of overall application architecture and delivery roadmaps.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building mutually beneficial partnerships across stakeholder ecosystems and providing direction for mid‑to‑long‑term goals.
