We are looking for a Lead / Principal Oracle EPM Manager to be the strategic brain across our environments. You will be the bridge between technical execution and corporate strategy, acting as the architect of our next‑generation solutions.

What are we looking for?





- Solid experience working with Oracle EPM (knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud is highly valued).
- Proven track record leading end‑to‑end projects and managing high‑performing teams.
- Deep expertise in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation and Financial Reporting processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing directly with clients and business/CFO levels.
- Languages: Fluent English and Advanced Spanish.

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model , perfectly balancing flexibility with team collaboration.
