seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join us HR
Intern. We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to
join our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on
experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while
working in a dynamic, international environment. You will
collaborate with HR colleagues across different countries and
support key processes that contribute to an excellent employee
experience. As our HR intern, you will collaborate: Recruitment
Support: Assist in screening CVs and performing initial candidate
assessments. Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring
managers. Conduct initial phone screenings to support the
pre‑selection stage. Maintain accurate candidate information and
support the end‑to‑end recruitment process. Onboarding Process
Support: Support the delivery of the onboarding process for new
joiners across multiple countries. Use the HR platform to ensure
all onboarding tasks, documentation, and workflows are completed.
Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a smooth and positive
integration for new employees. Administrative Support: Provide
administrative support across all HR activities. Provide support to
employees by addressing their questions related to HR policies,
internal processes, and system usage. Manage and maintain HR
documentation,
ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support daily HR
platform management, performing data updates, troubleshooting basic
issues, and ensuring information consistency. Collaborate with the
HR team to streamline administrative workflows. We'd love to meet
someone who: Studies in Human Resources, Law, Business
Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a
career in Human Resources. High level of English (spoken and
written). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a
fast‑paced, multicultural environment. Good communication skills
