We are committed to equal employment opportunity and fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated. /p pIn our Technical Area Department, we are looking for a Specialist to manage customer complaints for all immunohematology products of the Diagnostic Business Unit, as well as manage the post‑market surveillance system of Diagnostic Grifols SA. /p h3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liManage complaints for immunohematology products. /li liAnalyze complaints by performing risk assessment and reportability assessment to Health Authorities. /li liCreate trend reports, complaints monitoring, and audit registered cases. /li liReport adverse events to Health Authorities and participate in product recalls, defining Field Safety Corrective Actions and Field Safety Notices according to applicable regulations.



/li liParticipate in the development and maintenance of quality procedures related to complaints, vigilance system, and post‑market surveillance. /li liCreate post‑market surveillance plans and reports according to applicable regulations. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar). /li li2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical devices. /li liExperience in data automation and Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus. /li liEnglish level C1. /li liExcellent communication and analytical skills. /li liPrecision and meticulousness in work. /li liAbility to work effectively in a team. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe are committed to maintaining an atmosphere that encourages all employees to develop their professional careers in an excellent working environment. /p pFlexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7‑10 to 16‑19 h and Friday 8‑15 h (with the same versátil start time).
