and incident management /li liLead the evolution of shared platform services and system‑level backend components built in Java and Node.js /li liPartner with product and engineering leaders to standardize architecture and engineering practices across teams /li liImprove developer productivity and platform capabilities for engineering teams /li liDrive infrastructure cost optimization and cloud governance initiatives /li liImprove security, resiliency, and disaster recovery processes /li liBuild and mentor high‑performing platform and infrastructure engineering teams /li liCollaborate closely with leadership to support long‑term technical strategy and organizational scaling /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liStrong experience leading platform engineering and infrastructure /li liDeep understanding of cloud‑native architectures and distributed systems /li liStrong experience with backend systems and modern software architecture /li liHands‑on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and infrastructure‑as‑code /li liExperience improving reliability, scalability, and engineering efficiency in high‑growth environments /li liStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills /li liComfortable operating in fast‑paced international product organizations /li /ul pAt Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
