The position involves providing financial planning and analysis support to the Corporate departments, including forecasting, budgeting, and internal control, while partnering across the organization to support Corporate functions financially and analytically in achieving their goals and priorities. The role also ensures quality control over financial transactions and financial and analytical reporting, including the coordination of monthly and year-end reporting, as well as the preparation of ad hoc financial reports. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 ul liTimely and appropriate reports and analysis are provided, delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies. /li liInternal and external deadlines are met. /li liMonth-end, Budget and Forecast information is reliable, accurate and presents no material mistakes. /li liCoordinate financial reporting and support month-end and year-end close process /li liPrepare regular financial reports and provide support on budget and month-end processes. /li liWork with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to provide cohesive analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions. /li liEstablish, monitor, analyze and enforce the revenue stream and average selling price evolution.



/li liCalculate variances from the budget and forecasts and report significant issues. /li liGuide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. /li liEstablish, monitor, and enforce internal controls. /li /ul h3Requisitos mínimos /h3 h3Educations Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. /li liThe educational requirements will be waived for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience at Neolith or in a similar position. /li liEnglish B2 level. /li liMore than 2 years’ experience on an Accounting or Controlling function or auditing firm. /li liExperience on financial data analysis and reporting. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles /li liKnowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. /li liBusiness Intelligence tools knowledge (Power BI / Power Query).
