ph3Job Description /h3 pUnder the supervision of the Project Director, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of software solution implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget are met, while coordinating internal teams and partners. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in the project scoping phase with the clients. /li liDevelop and monitor the detailed project activity schedule. /li liCoordinate technical, functional, and business teams involved in the project. /li liEnsure daily progress tracking, identify blockers, and propose solutions. /li liPrepare and lead operational follow‑up meetings (project committees, team check‑ins). /li liContribute to risk management and implementation of corrective action plans. /li liEnsure the quality of deliverables and their compliance with client requirements. /li liParticipate in drafting project documentation (meeting minutes, test plans, acceptance reports, etc.). /li liMaintain smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. /li liBudget management and invoicing.



/li liContribute to continuous improvement of project processes and sharing of best practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigher education in engineering, IT, or project management. /li li3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in SaaS solutions. /li liKnowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.). /li liA Prince2, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus. /li liGood level of English.
