You find satisfaction in applying a proven approach to deliver high quality results. /p h3The Work /h3 pThe Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence Application Architecture team provides functional architecture support for our sales and pricing tools, ensuring their stability, alignment, and performance. /p pAs an Application Architecture Associate Manager in the Integration space, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to manage and execute the integration requests between various applications and our sales and pricing data sources. You will also contribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of our tools and processes. /p pThe role requires a high level of attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills. As Associate Manager you will also contribute to the improvement of existing processes, documentation, and training of junior members.



/p h3You will /h3 ul liSupport the integration of sales and pricing data between different applications and platforms /li liManage the workflow of requests and approvals using PowerApps tool /li liParticipate in meetings and document notes and action items /li liEnsure the completion of Sales Excellence actions and follow up with stakeholders /li liGather and manage access lists from Application teams /li liCollaborate with the Security team to enforce access policies and standards /li liCreate and revise the process guides for operational tasks and procedures /li liProvide feedback and suggestions for improving the design and functionality of the tools and processes /li liWork closely with the CIO Integration teams to support integration requests /li liReview the access and usage of the Sales and Pricing data sources and identify any issues or gaps /li liContribute to the advancement of the integration related objectives and strategies /li liTrain and mentor the junior members of the team /li /ul h3Here’s what you need /h3 ul liUndergraduate degree /li liTypically have a minimum 4-5+ years of relevant experience /li liEnglish language fluency (oral and written) /li liProficient in Excel and familiar with formulas and data manipulation /li liDetail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow the established procedures and protocols /li liIndependent and team-oriented, able to work autonomously and collaboratively /li liBasic knowledge of sales and pricing data and tools and how they are used in the business /li liExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills,



able to interact with various stakeholders and teams /li liAbility to understand the high-level requirements and expectations of the different teams and applications /li liPotential to supervise a small team with guidance from a supervisor /li liConfident in engaging with senior leadership within the scope of responsibility /li liResponsible for an area of medium size and complexity /li liMust be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, release cutover weekends, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution) /li /ul h3Extra credit if you have /h3 ul liBusiness Management education desirable /li liExperience with PowerApps and/or working with CIO Integration teams /li liUnderstanding of sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage mySales) preferred /li /ul h3You May Also Need /h3 pA home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines.
