In this role you will drive brand insights across regions to inform Wallapop’s Brand Strategy. You’ll coordinate quantitative and qualitative research, synthesize findings, and translate data into strategic actions for cross-functional teams. You’ll act as a central hub for opportunities and support audience definition and creative briefs. This position offers impact on brand growth and a collaborative, data-driven culture in a dynamic environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead and oversee quantitative market research (market research, brand tracking, NPS) and qualitative studies (focus groups) with partners or in-house
• Synthesize macro data to identify opportunities and guide decision-making
• Support development of Brand Strategy through insights and strategic input
• Serve as stakeholder for projects from audience definition to creative briefing
• Communicate findings to marketing stakeholders and translate data into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with UX and Marketing teams on cross-category initiatives to build a centralized knowledge base
• Monitor competitor activity in partnership with Media team
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience leading end-to-end quantitative market research projects
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking to connect data points into a POV
• Excellent project management and ability to manage xqbhyrx multiple tasks
• Data literacy with spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Proactive and adaptable with a continuous learning mindset
