The Green Recruitment Company is looking for an attorney with experience in Energy/Regulatory Law to work in a renowned firm specialized in the energy sector with offices in Madrid and Barcelona.The chosen person will report directly to the area partner and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the Regulatory and Renewable Energy departments as well as international clients.Responsibilities- Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting.- Resolution of queries related to the energy sector.- Analysis and preparation of documentation adapted to the regulations to enter the tenders.- Advice to the firm’s clients on regulatory aspects of the Energy sector, in administrative proceedings and in processes in the contentious-administrative order.Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law.- Experience managing teams.- Ability to identify and manage risks in projects.- High organizational and communication skills.- Fluent level of English and German.BenefitsIn addition to a competitive salary, a high degree of flexibility (remote work) and autonomy is offered as well as growth opportunities within the team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
