ph3Supervisor Production Laminoria – Sibelco – Maestu, PV, ES /h3pFull-time, on-site position in the Laminoria division of Sibelco. /ph3Company Overview /h3pSibelco has advanced life through materials for over 150 years, supplying specialty industrial minerals to industries such as glass, ceramics, construction, coatings, and polymers. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with maintenance activities on site. /liliSupport the planner in preparing maintenance activities. /liliProvide proactive support for difficult activities and problems. /liliFollow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessary. /liliCoordinate third‑party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards. /liliCreate correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standards. /liliFollow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. /liliGate‑keep maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priority. /liliReview maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare. /liliCommunicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planning. /liliCoordinate and support emergency regime. /liliActively participate in daily performance dialogue and problem‑solving events. /liliMaintain, improve, or expand technical installations to prevent failures, optimize availability and capacity. /liliRepair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and/or hydraulic malfunctions and implement maintenance plan by Sibelco systems and standards. /liliRegister and control information in the system to analyse and meet predefined KPIs. /liliPromote performance dialogue within the team using appropriate KPIs.



/liliEnsure contractors meet SLA and KPI requirements and manage co‑employment issues. /liliExecute and support RCA to analyze and minimize machine downtime. /liliOrganise and follow up maintenance activities and procedures to apply 5S on site. /liliContinuously drive and execute maintenance process improvements through performance review and feedback loops. /liliIdentify and repair or replace problem equipment in collaboration with production and reliability engineer. /liliPromote use of problem‑solving techniques to eliminate breakdowns. /liliEnsure necessary actions are taken to allow installations to be used and maintained safely according to Sibelco safety rules and standards. /liliExecute LMRA and ensure team performs activities safely and healthily in accordance with life‑saving rules. /liliPerform process confirmations on safety procedures and measurements such as LOTO, LMRA, SOPs. /liliOrganise or support safety improvements in collaboration with other departments or safety teams. /liliMotivate and evaluate team members to enhance collaboration and support individual development. /liliEnsure appropriate skill and capability mix of technicians across maintenance function. /liliAssess maintenance staff competency level compared with site requirements. /liliCoach and develop maintenance personnel, hold them accountable for delivery of results and support agreed development needs. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical degree in mechanics, electrics or equivalent by experience. /liliProficient verbal and written English. /liliProficient in local language of country of base and main operations (verbal and written). /liliPermanent employee type. /li /ulh3Inclusivity /h3pWe welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to providing reasonable adjustments to support the selection process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
