ph3Job Title /h3 pFinancial Analyst /p h3Job Description Summary /h3 pResponsible for the financial management of the client’s asset portfolio, fulfilling the financial obligations according to the terms of the Property Management agreement. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Essential Job Duties: /h3 ul liPerform all lease administration/ financial duties, including AP/AR and accruals. /li liAssist the Financial Controller in monthly and quarterly closings by timely and accurately providing comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with client requirements. /li liPrioritize and maintain high volume workload and productivity standards for the client. /li liResearch, analyze and effectively communicate complex accounting issues and escalate appropriately. /li liApply appropriate procedures for preparation of accounting records, research of transactions and reporting. /li liMaintain interface with third‑party owners and accounting team to ensure total contract compliance. /li liPrepare service charge reconciliations for every property; calculate and record straight‑line rent based on client preferences. /li liParticipate in financial and client team meetings and ensure effective communication between accountants and property management team members in order to achieve client’s goals and objectives. /li liComply and assist with internal and external audits by providing appropriate documentation and information as requested. /li liProvide and foster positive relationships with the stakeholders: Client,



tenants and third‑party entities. /li liPerform other related duties as required or requested. /li /ul h3Education/Experience/Training: /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline /li /ul h3Work Experience: /h3 ul liRequires one to three years of real estate financial management or related financial experience /li liSpecialized Knowledge/Skills – Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate accounting software preferred; strong spreadsheet (Excel) proficiency /li /ul h3Competencies: /h3 ul liCommunication proficiency (English/Spanish) /li liExcellent problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills /li liTeamwork orientation /li liTime management skills /li liCustomer/client focus (internal and external) /li liFinancial acumen /li /ul pCushman Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
