In this role you will lead the design and governance of IAM and AI Security across ABB, coordinating with Enterprise, Domain, and Technology Architecture. You will document high- and low-level designs, ensure security-aligned solutions, and keep roadmaps abreast of evolving threats. You will partner with internal teams and external suppliers to translate business needs into secure, deployable solutions. This position offers impact through shaping ABB’s security posture and enabling trusted, scalable operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Align IAM and AI Security work with Enterprise Architecture and IS teams.
• Document and maintain HLD/LLD for security technologies and review changes affecting the security roadmap.
• Collaborate with IS domains and third-party suppliers to ensure security-compliant solutions.




• Define requirements with service owners and architects to develop deployable IAM and AI security solutions.
• Stay informed on tech trends and adjust IAM/AI security roadmaps in response to threats.
• Analyze deployment environments and maintain a backlog of IAM/AI security use cases.
• Create prototypes and drive technology selection for IAM/AI security solutions.
• Support project managers and service owners in delivery and operations.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• ITIL V4 certification; security or architecture certifications for preferred list.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM and AI Security, security architecture, and information security practices.
