This platform sits at the core of our Identity Governance strategy, ensuring secure, seamless access for thousands of users across the organization. You will lead the shift from reactive support to a proactive, automation-driven SRE model, improving performance, scalability, and overall user experience. and business teams to deliver reliable and secure identity services /li liOversee Managed Service Provider (MSP) performance, ensuring accountability, SLA adherence, and service quality /li liBring structure and clarity to operations through better monitoring, incident management, and continuous optimization /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field /li li5+ years of experience leading or managing engineering or technical teams /li liExperience working in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries /li liStrong experience in Identity Access Management (SailPoint IIQ is a strong plus) /li liStrong understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and Access Governance in regulated and large-scale environments /li liSolid understanding of running production systems (monitoring, alerting, incident response, performance tuning) /li liExperience with tools like Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar observability platforms /li liExperience managing SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and regression testing /li liAbility to navigate complexity, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a global environment /li liExperience working with managed service providers or system integrators /li liProfessional Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus /li /ul h3Who we are /h3 pA healthier future drives us to innovate.
