ph3What You’ll Do: /h3 pAs part of the FPA and CSF organization within Criteo, the Global Sales Compensation team works on improving, scaling and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes tools, as well as designing and implementing Sales Compensation strategy for the commercial teams. The team acts as a Business Partner for the Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations and participates in key Sales Operations projects, partnering with other global teams (FPA, Sales Ops, IT, Compensation Benefits, People Operations and other). /p pThe Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for administering, and optimizing sales incentive compensation processes. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure accurate plan design, payout execution, and successful management in the Incentive Compensation Management tool, Anaplan. The idóneo candidate brings strong analytical skills, deep sales compensation expertise, and hands‑on experience with target setting, accruals and/or achievement payout administration. /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul liEngage in the key sales compensation processes on quarterly basis: /li ul liTarget Setting: Compensation plan design and target scope assignment based on employee roles, responsibilities aligned with company objectives /li liAccruals and Bonus Payout Calculation: administration of final target achievement calculation based on defined crediting rules and compensation guideline. /li liSPIFF and Achievements changes processes: support the design of SPIFF initiatives as well as achievement dispute resolution /li /ul liContribute to the optimization,
automation and data quality in the Incentive Management Tool – Anaplan /li liActively participate in the annual compensation plan design through sales compensation plan effectiveness analysis, sales bonus analysis, liaising with key stakeholders and proposing compensation plan structures in alignment with the company objectives and key guiding principles. /li liParticipate in updating the documentation of the Sales Compensation Playbook as per compensation guidelines and related changes /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 ul liExcellent speaking and writing in English (all communications meetings are in English) /li liExperience in sales compensation with at least 2 – 3 years of experience /li liExperience working in an ICM tool (Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Xactly etc.) /li liGreat communication, negotiations and conflict‑resolution skills with employees across all levels of organization /li liAutonomous, proactive, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on /li liFast and enthusiastic learner /li liUsed to deal with large sets of data numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus) /li liCritical and innovative thinking /li /ul pWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
