As part of the Global High Tech team, you will develop technical and commercial proposals for industrial and high-tech water projects. You collaborate with General Contractors, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to define scope, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, and ensure alignment with EPC/EPCM execution models. You combine technical rigor with commercial insight to win strategic projects and ensure a seamless move from proposal to execution. This role offers exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and high-impact water treatment solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze RFQs and technical specs from General Contractors and EPCs
• Define scope with CAM/BDM and clarify boundaries across process, packages, civils, piping, Eu0026I, and construction
• Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines for technical compliance
• Prepare technical narratives, BOQ files, scope descriptions, and clarifications aligned with GC tender frameworks
• Fill detailed Job Costing Tool (JCT) and link to BOQs for tenders
• Quantify equipment, materials, and services from PFDs, Pu0026IDs, layouts and tender specs




• Build CAPEX and installation cost estimates in coordination with procurement and engineering
• Ensure BOQs align with GC cost breakdown structures and tender forms
• Select technologies and equipment meeting client, GC, and regulatory requirements
• Support risk identification, exclusions, assumptions, and interface management
• Interface with engineering, procurement, finance and project teams during bid prep
• Act as technical POC with GCs during clarification phases
• Support bid strategy, value engineering options, and alternative solutions
• Ensure proposals meet GHT technical xqbhyrx standards, contractual requirements, and ESG/HSE expectations
• Support smooth handover from proposal to execution with execution-ready BOQs and scope

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• 3-5+ years in proposal engineering, tendering, or project engineering for water/industrial projects
• Proven experience responding to General Contractors / EPCs
• Strong BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation
• Solid understanding of EPC and EPCM contract models
