Mission

We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to support the preparation of high-quality European R&D;&I; proposals across strategic sectors including renewable energy, industry, decarbonisation, circular economy and bioeconomy.

Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing and improving European R&D;&I; proposals for programmes such as Horizon Europe, LIFE, CBE JU, CEF and the Innovation Fund.
- Supporting the structuring of the technical concept, objectives, methodology, work packages, expected results, impact, exploitation, sustainability and replicability.
- Adapting proposal content to the evaluation criteria and specific requirements of each call.
- Analysing technical documentation, project ideas, drafts, annexes and partner inputs and transforming them into clear, coherent and competitive proposal content.
- Contributing to the definition of environmental, industrial, economic, social and market impacts.
- Supporting the drafting of sections related to decarbonisation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, circularity, bioeconomy, sustainable industry and the green transition.
- Reviewing the overall coherence of the proposal, including narrative, intervention logic, KPIs, TRLs, risks,



technical budget alignment and fit with the topic.
- Working in coordination with the Euro-Funding team, proposal coordinators, technical partners and participating entities.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of European funding programmes such as Horizon Europe, LIFE, CBE JU, CEF and the Innovation Fund.
- Experience in sectors such as renewable energy, industry, decarbonisation, circular economy, bioeconomy, sustainability, clean technologies or industrial transition.
- Ability to transform complex technical information into clear, robust and evaluation-oriented proposals.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in consultancy, technology centres, universities, industrial companies or R&D-intensive; organisations will be highly valued.
