Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production. /p pStrategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. /p h3Join our team! /h3 pWe are looking for a bQuality Supervisor /b who will ensure that all quality activities, customer requirements, and plant‑level quality systems are executed effectively and continuously improved. /p h3Your main responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liAssist the Quality Manager in overall local staff management, including Local employee recruitment, training, work arrangement and KPI assessment. /li liFormulate and carry out training plans for local employees to ensure they can work independently upon completion of probation. Especially on suggesting how to ensure local employee understood work direction and work well. /li liEstablish standardized working procedures and team rules to ensure efficient team operation. /li liPlan all on-site quality activities and complete rapid localized implementation. /li liLead the analysis and resolution of major on-site quality issues and summarize experience for reference. /li liDirectly handling customer complaints,



customer audit and other customer special requirements. /li liPromote ongoing quality system building and continuous quality improvement. /li liNeed to take charge of module plant area quality management commencing at some point in the future /li /ul h3Your profile and qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above.
