You will be a valued member of our bEnergy Consulting Practice /b, collaborating with clients, cross-functional teams, and consulting leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustainable value. /ph3In this role, you will: /h3ulliLead consulting engagements for energy sector clients across strategy, operations, and technology transformation initiatives. /liliAnalyze business challenges and develop practical, value-driven solutions leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies. /liliDrive digital transformation programs, including IT/OT convergence, asset management modernization, and sustainability initiatives. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and transform enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, Asset Management, and Cybersecurity solutions. /liliBuild trusted client relationships, support business development activities,



and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and mentoring. /li /ulh3What you must have to be considered /h3ulliStrong understanding of the energy industry, including utilities, oil gas, renewable energy, and related operational challenges. /liliProven consulting experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives. /liliStrong business analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. /liliExpertise in stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement. /liliStrong project management skills, including planning, risk management, resource coordination, and reporting. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills. /liliFluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. /liliDemonstrated success delivering consulting engagements and achieving measurable client outcomes. /liliMust be based in Spain and authorized to work there.



/li /ulh3These will help you succeed /h3ulliExperience working with energy trading platforms and related technologies. /liliKnowledge of regulatory compliance, including KYC, AML, and counterparty risk management within energy trading environments. /liliExperience with digital platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, IBM Maximo, or OSIsoft PI. /liliFamiliarity with CMMS, APM, or EAM solutions. /liliKnowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting. /liliProject Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable credentials. /liliAgile certifications, including Product Management or Scrum Master qualifications. /liliUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk management, data protection, access management, and network security. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. /liliExperience working with AI-enabled tools, platforms, or transformation initiatives. /liliExperience working with international clients and multicultural teams. /li /ulh3Work Model /h3pWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
