Role Overview

As a Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser, you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that will help the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop workflows to automate business processes.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
- Identify opportunities for team training and skill advancement.




- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
- Design training programs and workshops for the internal staff.
- Conduct regular system audits.
- Run and share regular operating system reports with senior staff.
- Participate in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.

Essential Requirements

- 5 years of IT system administration experience.
- 5 years of support and infrastructure experience.
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions.
- Knowledge in cloud computing, GSuite Administration, Azure Administration.
- Slack Administration.
- Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge.
- Intermediate networking knowledge.
- Scripting/Bash/Powershell knowledge.
- ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge.
- Proven technical and support skills.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking.




- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Location & Work Model

Barcelona. Hybrid work model: 2 days on-site per week.
