The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pDue to continued expansion, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for managing technical purchasing activities while supporting logistics coordination and supplier expediting to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment for industrial water treatment projects. /p pThis role plays a key part in ensuring project schedules are met, supplier performance is monitored, and procurement processes run efficiently in collaboration with Engineering and Project Management teams. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 h3Procurement /h3 ul liManage end-to-end purchasing processes for project-related materials and equipment. /li liPrepare and issue RFQs,
evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate commercial terms. /li liIssue purchase orders and ensure contractual compliance. /li liIdentify, qualify and develop reliable suppliers. /li liMaintain procurement documentation and cost control tracking. /li /ul pThis position will collaborate and provide support in logistics and expediting tasks /p ul liLiaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners. /li liEnsure compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations and transport requirements. /li liSupport inventory coordination and material receipt processes. /li liMonitor supplier production schedules and delivery milestones. /li liProactively follow up on purchase orders to prevent delays. /li liProvide regular status reports to Project Managers and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, logistics support and expediting within industrial or EPC project environments. /li liExperience in water treatment, process industry, energy or industrial plant projects is highly valued. /li liStrong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier negotiations and international logistics. /li liExperience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. /li liFluent English (written and spoken).
