ppAkronos Technologies, Italian company leader in innovation, RD and high-tech engineering services, is looking for a bDPF CALIBRATION ENGINEER /b to join our RD team. /p h3DEPARTMENT: ENGINE DEVELOPMENT, VALIDATION and CALIBRATION /h3 h3Tasks /h3 pThe selected candidate will be responsible to support Punch organization executing engine calibration and development activities. /p pPrimary purpose of the position and description of the major expected results or objectives include the following: /p ul liPreparation and check of the engine instrumentation; /li liSupport and coordinate engine installation at the test bench; /li liTest definition and execution according to test methodologies; /li liAnalysis of the experimental results; /li liTest reports preparation; /li liPresent test results to dedicated meetings; /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar; /li /ul h3The Skills /h3 ul liEngine base mechanical knowledge; /li liGood knowledge of the Diesel combustion process; /li liAwareness of Diesel calibration plan; /li liGood knowledge of aftertreatment systems; /li liMinimum two years of experience in DPF calibration /li liSoot models (accumulation and burning models) /li liOil Dilution /li liGood English knowledge,
both written and spoken (capable to prepare and explain technical presentations); /li liManage contacts with internal and external facility during test execution; /li liAttitude in specific software utilization (Office, Concerto, Inca, Indicating systems) /li liKnowledge of analysis and modelling tools (Matlab/Simulink) /li liTeam Worker /li liDrive for Results /li liLearning on the fly /li /ul pThe execution may occasionally include the operational management in an autonomous way of the HIL, Hydraulic Rig and PUMA Console. /p h3Salary range 26k-32k /h3 h3Join Our Team! /h3 pAll required skills will be assessed during the technical interview. /p pThe position falls under the Commerce and Service Sector National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) applied by Akronos Technologies Group.
