As Marketing Manager, you will lead brand and growth initiatives for Spain and Portugal, shaping local campaigns and market positioning. You’ll translate integral product stories into locally impactful content and activations that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to align GTM strategy with regional goals and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance. This role offers a hands-on chance to influence Revolut Business’s visibility in Southern Europe and contribute to growth at scale.

• Identify SMB customer needs and craft data-driven stories to boost conversion
• Own local GTM launches, audience strategy, messaging, and communications for Spain u0026 Portugal
• Manage full-funnel campaigns (acquisition, activation, retention) and plan regional calendars
• Develop research plans to uncover insights and monitor competitive fintech/payments landscape




• Own tone of voice and style guides for Spain/Portugal and adapt global campaigns locally
• Run experiments to validate hypotheses and inform strategy
• Deliver campaigns with growth and business impact (NABs, activation, revenue)
• Collaborate with regional leadership and global Marketing to ensure local resonance and performance
• Scale creative output via playbooks for Southern Europe

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in Spanish (native level) and English
• 4+ years of marketing experience in fast-paced settings, preferably hyper-growth tech with B2B/SMB xqbhyrx focus
• Experience leading regional marketing for multiple markets
• Knowledge of local fintech/payments landscape in Spain/Portugal
• Experience creating compelling content to drive conversion
• Ability to set strategic direction and manage complex cross-functional campaigns
• Track record in editorial/commercial content development
• Ability to distill data into actionable campaign and product insights
• People skills and adaptability in a growth environment
