Descripción

As part of the operations area, this profile will perform the functions of Internal Consultant, leading and developing procedures and projects linked to the non-performing loans and real estate department within the Hipoges Global Area.

Funciones

- Coordinate and lead regular follow-up meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Assess, evaluate, and prioritize new business and operational requests in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Communicate project prioritization decisions and changes to Directors and key stakeholders.
- Analyze new requests to assess feasibility, impact, and dependencies.
- Define, review,



and validate business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop Business Cases to support decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities in pre-production & production environments.
- Manage & Report operational incidents and act as coordination point with relevant teams.
- Coordinate internal & external communications with operational teams or providers regarding incidents and resolutions.
- Perform post-production monitoring and follow-up of incidents to ensure resolution and continuous improvement.

Requisitos

- Degree in Project Management, Business Administration and Management.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Asset Management (Non-Performing Loans, Distressed Debt, REOs) or Banking.
- A multidisciplinary and versatile profile is required, with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Herramientas

- Microsoft Office: Office, Excel and Power Point (Advanced)
- Project Management Tool: JIRA Software is a plus
- Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, PowerBI or similar (Intermediate)

Idiomas

- Spanish (Proficiency)
- English (Advanced - C1)
- Portuguese/Italian/Greek is a plus
