ph3Role Summary /h3 pThe HR Program Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end HR domain deployment outcomes for ADP’s Global HCM solution across all in‑scope countries. The role sits within the Program Management Stream and leads integrated HR rollout planning, governance, dependency orchestration, and cross‑country execution in close partnership with Country Project Managers and domain Solution Designers. The role owns HR rollout outcomes across all HR‑related workstreams — including Core HR, Leave and Absence, Benefits, Talent (Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning and Learning), Recruitment, HR data, HR readiness, HR testing, HR cutover, and Autopay Payroll deployment for the US and Canada (embedded within Lyric). The HR Program Manager ensures that all HR deployments follow both the Global HR Blueprint (owned by the HR Solution Designer) and the Global Solution Design (owned by the Global Solution Designer), safeguarding end‑to‑end design integrity across domains. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pEnd-to-End HR Domain Rollout Ownership (Integrated Outcomes) /p ul liOwn the HR domain rollout plan and delivery outcomes across all countries (scope, milestones, sequencing, and HR go‑live readiness). /li liEnsure all country implementations adhere to both the Global HR Blueprint and the Global Solution Design. /li liDrive consistent execution of HR deployment standards, templates, entry/exit criteria, and global methodology. /li liEnsure convergence of HR process, HR data, testing, training, change, and Autopay dependencies to deliver stable HR go-lives. /li liOversee HR domain readiness and elevate risks early with clear mitigation actions. /li /ul pProgram Management Stream Leadership (Governance Cadence) /p ul liRun the HR-specific program cadence including delivery checkpoints, domain reporting, and HR readiness reviews. /li liOwn and maintain the HR RAID and ensure mitigation actions are tracked to closure. /li liDrive timely HR decision-making with clear impacts, options, and recommendations. /li /ul pCountry Delivery Orchestration (Country PM Network) /p ul liSupport the Country Project Manager community for all HR domain activities. /li liAlign country HR deployment plans to global milestones and enforce go/no-go criteria. /li liCoordinate reuse of HR deployment assets, templates,
and lessons learned. /li liIntervene early on HR domain risks and mobilize cross‑workstream support as needed. /li /ul pWorkstream Integration (Clear Ownership, Tight Interfaces) /p ul liTranslate HR rollout needs into workstream commitments, timelines, and deliverables. /li liPartner with HR Solution Designer to maintain adherence to the Global HR Blueprint. /li liCollaborate with Global Solution Designer to ensure alignment with the end‑to‑end solution. /li liCoordinate with Payroll Solution Designer and NORAM Payroll Leads to manage Autopay dependencies. /li liAlign with Integration and Testing teams to ensure HR readiness for SIT, UAT, and E2E. /li /ul pCutover, Go-Live Hypercare Leadership /p ul liLead HR domain cutover planning including schedules, roles, and issue triage. /li liCoordinate HR-specific hypercare activities and stabilization metrics. /li liEnsure complete HR domain handover including runbooks, known issues, and documentation. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul li7+ years program/project management experience in HR technology, HCM implementations, or enterprise transformation. /li liExperience managing multi-country HR deployments across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and/or Recruitment. /li liExperience deploying or supporting HR‑embedded payroll systems such as Autopay. /li liProven experience managing cross-workstream delivery, integrated readiness, and domain governance. /li /ul h3Skills Capabilities /h3 ul liStrong integrated program management skills (planning, dependency mapping, RAID, orchestration). /li liEffective stakeholder management across global and local HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams. /li liExecutive-ready communication and structured reporting. /li liStrong facilitation skills for HR domain checkpoints and workstream forums. /li liOperational readiness mindset with discipline around HR go/no-go criteria and stabilization.
