and experience /liliDrive innovation with a proactive mindset /li /ulpWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in bMadrid - IE Tower. /b /ph3Responsibilities /h3pbYour role as a Senior Business Analyst will involve: /b /pulliPlan andfacilitateprocess discovery workshops with functional areas. /li /ululliAnalyse and document business processes atdifferent levels(L1–L3/L4). /li /ululliModel processesin accordance withthe organisation’s defined standards and frameworks. /li /ululliIdentifyinefficiencies, overlaps, operationalrisks, and opportunities for improvement. /li /ululliPropose improvement scenarios and to-be processesvalidatedwith business owners. /li /ululliClearly define roles, responsibilities, inputs,outputs, and data objects associated with processes. /li /ululliCollaborate with other IT profiles (architecture, business partners, development teams, etc.) and functional leads to ensure model consistency. /li /ululliMaintain up-to-date process documentation, ensuring quality and consistency. /li /ulpbScope and Autonomy /b /pulliEscalates decisions relating to structural design or cross-functional impact.
