/li liAnalysing People KPIs such as engagement, turnover and employee satisfaction to support business decisions. /li liSupporting compensation and benefits processes aligned with internal salary structures. /li liParticipating in strategic HR projects focused on culture, engagement and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3We're looking for someone who has... /h3 ul li3+ years of experience as an bHR Business Partner /b, HR Generalist or similar role. /li liPrevious experience in a btechnology company, SaaS business, startup or scale-up environment /b. /li liSolid knowledge of Spanish Labour Law, labour relations and HR administration. /li liExperience partnering with managers and supporting business leaders. /li liHands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle. /li liFamiliarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, SAP, Workday, Personio or similar. /li liStrong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills. /li liA proactive mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. /li liFluent Spanish and English. /li /ul h3What you'll get /h3 ul liHybrid working model (2 days in the Barcelona office). /li liFlexible working hours. /li li24 working days of annual leave. /li liPrivate health and accident insurance. /li liSummer working hours during July and August. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
