This role is with a mid-sized company operating in the professional services sector. The organization prioritizes innovation and excellence, offering a collaborative environment to support career growth and employee development.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development the Leadership & Talent Development portfolio as part of a team of Leadership and Talent Development experts and in close collaboration with Market Unit COEs.
- Design and deliver impactful Leadership & Talent Development programs aligned with the organization's strategy, using cutting-edge instructional approaches and a strong focus on measurable development outcomes.
- Continuously enhance Leadership & Talent Development programs by evaluating their effectiveness, integrating best practices,



and responding to evolving organizational needs.
- Contribute to additional Leadership & Talent Development topics and initiatives as they evolve, in line with organizational priorities and team needs.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Market Unit COEs, and leaders to ensure relevance, alignment, and effective implementation of Leadership & Talent Development.

Permanent contract.

Salary package: Around 60.000 - 65.000 euros fixed salary + bonus + benefits.

The final offer will depend on the real experience demonstrated through the process.
