As Brand Manager, you are a key driver of our brand strategy. You are responsible for the continued development of Wastberg+ and ensure a clear and consistent brand presence. With a strong interest in design, architecture and detail, you translate our understanding of Good Light into clear and consistent brand communication.

Responsibilities

- Implementation and further development of the brand strategy and brand identity
- Ensuring consistent brand management across all touchpoints (online & offline)
- Analysis of market trends, competition, and target groups
- Planning and implementation of international marketing activities
- Responsibility for content marketing, campaigns, and brand communication
- Organization and implementation of trade fairs, events, and product launches
- Control and monitoring of campaign budgets and marketing costs
- Analysis of KPIs and performance evaluation of campaigns
- Close collaboration with sales, creative team, and product management





Skills

- Solid education in marketing, communication, or similar (e.g., university)
- Several years of experience in marketing and project management
- Strong interest in design, architecture, and brand
- Proficient in social media, newsletter tools, and websites
- Willingness to travel in an international environment
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Hands‑on mentality with a high implementation strength
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite or similar tools is an advantage
