You will work closely with external payroll providers, as well as the People and Finance teams, supporting employees across Spain, UK, Colombia, Argentina. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liInternational Payroll Operations: Coordinate monthly payroll processes across Spain, the UK, Colombia, Argentina, and Portugal through external payroll providers. /li liCollect, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs, including: /li liNew hires /li liTerminations /li liSalary changes /li liVariable compensation /li liOvertime /li liLeave of absence /li liSick leave /li liVacation adjustments /li liOther payroll-related events /li liReview payroll calculations and reconcile payroll reports. /li liResolve payroll discrepancies with external providers. /li liPrepare payroll approval files and payment instructions for the Finance team. /li liEnsure payroll deadlines are met consistently across all countries. /li liSupport payroll compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements. /li /ul ul liEmployee Lifecycle Management: Manage payroll-related onboarding and offboarding activities.
