As part of the CDGM team, you lead enterprise-wide clinical document migrations to strengthen eDMS and TMF consolidation. You will partner with global stakeholders to shape migration strategy, governance, and delivery, enabling compliant and efficient document management across the organization. This role blends business and technology to drive digital transformation and support life-changing therapies. You will influence upgrades and integrations for BDu0026amp;L and regulatory efforts, delivering measurable impact.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of clinical document migrations
• Drive migration strategy, governance, and operational execution for CDGM initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align migrations with business, compliance, and operational needs
• Define migration business requirements and future roadmap by understanding source/target capabilities
• Act as SME for training materials and tooling related to eDMS migrations




• Manage migration-related Incident Management, Change Management, and ongoing eDMS operations
• Support resource forecasting and vendor activities within the migration roadmap
• Oversee vendor oversight, monitor service metrics, and drive continuous improvement
• Support inspections/audits and contribute to root cause analysis and CAPAs

Responsabilidades
• Degree in information or life sciences/healthcare
• Extensive experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life sciences, and Clinical Research
• Proven track record in clinical document management and TMF/records management
• Deep knowledge of xqbhyrx TMF reference model and eDMS systems in Clinical and Regulatory (e.g., Veeva Clinical vault, RIM, Documentum D2LS)
• Solid portfolio of full-scale migrations of clinical documents, particularly eTMF; Veeva Vault migrations a strong plus
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, influencing, and integral stakeholder management
