ph3Regional Product Development and Implementation Manager, AH EMEA /h3 pbLocation: /b This role can be based in one of our AIG Offices in Europe /p h3Role Description /h3 pIn partnership with regional and local AH teams, this role will develop and execute a regional product development strategy and strategic roadmap for new and enhanced products. The Regional Product Development Manager also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) concerning the design, development, and implementation of processes and capabilities to maximize the product development effort. The jobholder will collaborate effectively with business owners and sponsors to move the organization toward developing more successful and impactful products for distribution across all channels in the Region. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for monitoring and adherence to and ongoing improvement of AIG General Insurance Policies and Standards for Product Development. /li liDefining product development annual plans, budgets and metrics in partnership with Regional and Local product heads. /li liCollaborate with Global Product Development colleagues to develop, design implement a standard set of tools for product development tracking and reporting of the product development pipeline. /li liLead the development of tools and processes to monitor product performance, including techniques for measuring and predicting product shelf life. /li liProvide guidance for building compelling business cases including strong value propositions, product concept validations, risk assessment and financial targets.



/li liEnsure all product initiatives are compliant with local regulations and aligned with AH strategic objectives and general principles for risk appetite. /li liServe as the policy wording and endorsement drafting specialist reference point and functional facilitator for AH. /li liProject Leadership: Own implementation timelines, tracking deliverables, resolving issues, and managing stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. /li liImplementation Management: Lead end-to-end launch processes, including system configuration, underwriting rules, policy forms, and documentation, ensuring products are "operational ready". /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, actuarial, IT, legal/compliance, and operations teams to align product specifications with technical and regulatory constraints. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSeveral years of marketing or product development experience with AH products including significant experience in managing a product development process with a proven track record in achieving objectives and targets. /li liIntensive knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and multiple distribution systems. /li liStrong execution and results orientation.
