As Scientific Affairs Manager for Spain, you lead medical and scientific initiatives for rare MC4R pathway diseases, collaborating with local and international Medical Affairs teams. You will build peer-to-peer relationships with KEEs, guide advisory boards, and support clinical and scientific education while ensuring compliance. You will shape the local medical strategy, support launches, and drive compliant scientific exchange with stakeholders. This role offers impact on patient care through strategic scientific leadership.

• Serve as a Spain-based member of the international Medical Affairs team
• Be SME for rare MC4R pathway diseases and indications
• Implement the integrated strategic and tactical medical plan
• Organize local advisory boards and Key External Expert meetings
• Provide medical support for local strategy execution
• Build and maintain relationships with external experts for education
• Oversee medical projects with clinical partners and research networks
• Identify insights for future clinical developments and support launches
• Develop and implement scientific communication plans and compliant medical information
• Collaborate with Drug Safety, Market Access, and Commercial teams
• Monitor Rhythm clinical trials in Spain and follow up as needed




• Identify knowledge gaps among healthcare professionals and organize non-promotional scientific presentations
• Participate in local medical and cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Ensure compliant communication with stakeholders
• Support the commercial team with knowledge on efficacy and safety; AE/PV reporting
• Contribute to multidisciplinary care and patient support programs
• Identify hurdles in patient identification and referral pathways
• Respond timely to unsolicited medical information requests with balanced responses

Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in pharmaceutical, scientific, or medical field (PharmD, PhD, MD)
• 8+ years xqbhyrx in a Medical Science Liaison or similar field-facing role with field-based scientific exchange
• Rare diseases experience is a plus; launch experience is a plus
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and ability to work without silos
• Omnichannel engagement experience with KEEs and HCPs
• Fast-paced, self-starter mentality with sense of urgency to deliver results
• Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills in local language and English
• Knowledge of regional healthcare systems, reimbursement, and medical landscape
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Field-based role in Spain and home-office capable
