As our bHead of Group Accounting /b, you will be the guardian of our general financial integrity. We are looking for a leader with exceptional technical rigor who has already operated in complex corporate environments and knows how to transform traditional processes into an automated, efficient financial machine. /p pYour mission will be to lead the international control and consolidation structure, ensuring our financial information under bIFRS /b standards is impeccable, while scaling and mentoring a high-performance team. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 h3Global Consolidation IFRS Mastery /h3 ul liLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for all Group entities. /li liEnsure all financial statements strictly comply with bIFRS /b standards and local GAAPs. /li liAct as the internal technical expert for complex transactions, ensuring "investment-ready" financial reporting.
/li /ul h3Automation Process Improvement /h3 ul liSpearhead the btransformation and automation /b of Accounting and Reporting processes to significantly reduce time‑to‑close. /li liOptimize the use of the ERP and BI tools to eliminate manual tasks and guarantee a "single source of truth" for financial data. /li liImplement continuous improvement methodologies for accounting workflows between subsidiaries and headquarters. /li /ul h3Leadership Team Management /h3 ul liDirect, mentor, and scale the central accounting and control team. /li liEstablish clear KPIs for the team and foster a culture of operational excellence and professional development. /li liCoordinate with local finance heads in each market, ensuring seamless communication aligned with Group objectives. /li /ul h3Audit, Tax Compliance /h3 ul liServe as the primary strategic point of contact for external auditors, leading the annual audit process to a clean opinion. /li liDesign and implement a robust internal control framework to mitigate risks in a hyper‑growth environment. /li liSupport MA activities and future funding rounds by leading financial Due Diligence and Data Room preparation. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul libExperience: /b +10 years of solid track record. Essential experience as a bGroup Controller /b in large corporate or multinational environments,
