This role combines high-level design thinking with deep knowledge of print production and packaging systems. /p pYou will play a key role in developing visually compelling packaging solutions aligned with brand strategy, while ensuring technical accuracy across materials, formats, and production processes. The idóneo candidate is both creative and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop visual materials that align with each brand’s identity, ensuring aesthetic consistency, visual impact, and international relevance. /li liSupervise and mentor members of the design team, maintaining high creative and production standards throughout every project stage. /li liCreate visual assets for Retail (POS), Print, Packaging, and OOH (Out of Home) channels. /li liProvide strong visual direction for campaigns and key brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and values. /li liResearch and identify emerging design and packaging trends to keep our brands visually innovative and competitive. /li liBring fresh, bold ideas that challenge convention and expand creative boundaries, always staying true to the brand’s purpose. /li liManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of execution. /li liContribute to a positive, inspiring,
