This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most iconic brands in general nightlife and entertainment at a defining moment in its history. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across world-renowned destinations including Pacha Ibiza and Destino Five Ibiza, while contributing to the international expansion of the brand, including the launch of Pacha NYC.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive revenue, bookings, ticket sales and brand growth.
- Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across paid media, CRM, email marketing, social media and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROAS.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships and campaign delivery across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Oversee analytics, tracking and conversion measurement to ensure accurate reporting and performance optimization.
- Identify growth opportunities, new audience segments and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams, promoters, artists and external partners to deliver successful marketing campaigns and brand experiences.

What We’re Looking For





- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, within nightlife, events, entertainment, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of driving revenue, ticket sales, bookings and audience growth through digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM/email marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution and tracking platforms, including GA4, GTM and Meta Conversions API.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent English communication skills; experience in nightlife, music, luxury hospitality or live events is highly desirable.
- Personally settled on Ibiza island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
