ppKeylime Consultants are partnering with an international organisation that is continuing to expand its internal Workday capability as the business becomes increasingly globally integrated. This is a newly created role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to work across new implementations, BAU support and large-scale global projects in a fast-paced environment. /ppReporting to the People Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead international Workday projects, combining supervisory responsibilities with hands-on Workday configuration, enhancements and ongoing optimisation across multiple modules, while also contributing to integrations, reporting, security and payroll-related activities. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and the US, as well as coordination with a Workday Partner on ongoing implementation projects. /ppThe organisation is continuing to expand its integral Workday landscape, with projects including new global implementations, improvement initiatives and additional HRIS integrations. /ppThis is a bhybrid role based in Barcelona, offering a base salary of up to €55,000,
