ph3Overview /h3 pJoin Our Team to Navigate This Challenge Together! /p pWe are looking for a bProject Adaptation Lead - Electric Motors /b to join our international projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and manage key activities for electric motor projects, ensuring deadlines are met through supplier coordination and validation plans. /li liEstablish electrical/electronic requirements files, define algorithms for battery/motor control, and oversee component obsolescence management. /li liSupervise industrialization of electric propulsion systems, propose process improvements, and report progress to CPA leadership in RAP/HIPC meetings. /li liConduct technical arbitration across mechanical/electronic teams for worldwide hybrid applications. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + Masters/PhD in electronics, batteries, or automation preferred. /li li5+ years in automotive, specifically electric motors/BMS development, tuning, and validation. /li liProficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, INCA) and electric energy storage systems. /li libLanguages: English C1 mandatory; French B2/C1 desirable. /b /li liStrong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, client orientation, stress resistance.
