We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Global IT Operations team. This role will be responsible for defining, implementing, and governing Service Management practices across the organization, ensuring consistent delivery of services to regional IT teams and applications teams. The adecuado candidate will bring strong expertise in ITIL, Agile, and Cloud environments, with a proven track record of leading teams in an international context.

- Govern Service Management to ensure consistent delivery of services
- Lead teams in an international environment
- Collaborate with regional IT and application teams

Required Skills

- Required technical skills: ITIL
- Optional technical skills: Azure DevOps
- Background and experiences: Large matricidal organizations
- MUST: Fluent French + English & Spanish
