The Role: The Testing Force Multiplier

As our SDET & AI Automation Specialist, you are the force multiplier for our quality control. Your goal is to manage an automation "strike force" that would traditionally require a team of five, utilizing a limitless AI budget and cutting‑edge tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Automated Suite Generation : Use AI to rapidly "prompt" end-to-end (E2E) test cases into existence. You won't write selectors manually; you will orchestrate AI to analyze the UI and generate robust, self‑healing tests.
- Bot Swarm Orchestration : Maintain and run "Headless Bot" clusters that simulate complex user behavior (multi‑user typing, heavy spreadsheet calculations) to stress‑tset the synchronization logic.
- Intelligent Regression Maintenance : Leverage AI to automatically update test suites when the UI/UX changes, ensuring our "Green Build" status is never compromised by brittle tests.
- Continuous Monitoring:



Analyze test logs and performance traces using LLMs to identify the "Root Cause" of failures across the JS/C++ bridge.

Technical Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to build:

- Master Prompter : Expert at using AI to generate code, mocks, and synthetic test data.
- Infrastructure : Comfortable with Docker and CI/CD environments to manage large‑scale test execution.
- The Performance Edge : You likely have a background in SDET or Load/Stress Testing roles. You are passionate about finding the breaking point of complex distributed systems.
