S/he will act as the single point of contact for Local Controllers, assisting them to ensure all financial requirements and policies are properly applied within the companies under his/her scope. /ph3bFunctions and Responsibilities /b /h3pMonthly closing process Reporting /pulliExecute all accounting activities related to month, quarter and year end close /liliEnsure all tasks are completed in accordance with the closing procedures and group accounting rules /liliManage quarterly Inter-Company reconciliation /liliPrepare, verify and submit group reporting /li /ulpBalance Sheet control /pulliEnsure Balance Sheet statement contains reliable and accurate information according with Group and Statutory standards /liliInternal control activities required to ensure compliance with Group policies /li /ulpCash planning /pulliMonthly cash forecasting and deviations analysis /li /ulpTaxes /pulliResponsible for timely accomplishment of all company tax obligations and tax reporting /liliTax Accounting /li /ulpResponsible for Audit process and Statutory Reporting /pulliLead audit process with internal and external auditors /liliMaintain a second set of accounting books to ensure Statutory Reporting according with accounting local standards /li /ulpBudgeting Forecasting process /pulliBalance Sheet and Cash budgeting and forecasting /liliSupport local controller on subsidiary planning, budgeting forecasting process /li /ulh3bRequirements /b /h3ullibExperience: /b Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position. /lilibEducation /b: Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in Accounting. /lilibLanguages: /b English required, Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
