Managing a team of three finance professionals, this role will oversee accounting, tax, consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and decision‑making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee all Spanish accounting, tax, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. /li liSupervise accounting operations of international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group policies and reporting standards. /li liLead the group consolidation process in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting. /li liDevelop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting models to support strategic planning. /li liMonitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability. /li liPartner with project and product leaders to deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis. /li liManage consolidated month‑end closing and product PL reporting, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. /li liProvide strategic insights into cost structures, revenue drivers, and overall business performance. /li liCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, and consultants across different jurisdictions.
