ph3General Description /h3 pThe Site Supervisor prepares and oversees on-site installation and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, managing teams, and supervising contractors. This role promotes a strong culture of safety and quality leadership while ensuring adherence to schedules and process maps. As seniority increases, the complexity of tasks, autonomy, and leadership responsibilities also grow. /p h3Description Functions /h3 ul liResponsible for on-site installation activities on regular projects or parts of bigger projects /li liParticipation and preparation of the project installation plan. /li liLogistical organization of the equipment on site. /li liOrganize proper unloading and site logistics /li liInstruct the installation team about installation requirements on a project /li liDelegate installation responsibility to suppliers / partners. /li liProper preparation of the start-up of the installation of the equipment /li liProvide proper feedback about progress and status /li liPerform quality checks on installation and the processes /li liCreate and support a high-quality hand over to commissioning /li liSupport commissioning during the testing phase /li liOrganize all site related activities for the project until handover to costumer /li liEnsure Health and Safety requirements. /li liCreate a safe working environment during the project installation phases /li liMonitor and manage project costs under his responsibility,
