Engineer – Private 35m M/Y

An excellent permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Engineer to join a 35m private motor yacht based in Palma, Mallorca.

The yacht is looking for a reliable, technically capable Engineer who is seeking long-term stability.

The adecuado candidate will already be established in Mallorca and hold the necessary documentation to live and work in Spain as a tax‑paying resident.

Start date: Immediate

Itinerary: Mediterranean

Package: Salary paid in Euros, salary and leave package DOE

Experience/Skills required:

- Previous experience as an Engineer aboard similar‑sized motor yachts
- Strong technical knowledge of yacht engineering systems, machinery and planned maintenance




- Confident managing day‑to‑day engineering operations independently
- Proactive approach to preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Organised, reliable and committed to maintaining accurate technical records
- Seeking a permanent position with a genuine long‑term commitment
- Ideally already settled in Mallorca
- Must possess the necessary documentation to live, work and pay tax in Spain

Qualifications required:

- Minimum Y4 Certificate of Competency
- STCW (fully updated)
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
