ph3About Parallel /h3 pParallel is building the end-to-end platform that automates AML/KYC compliance for regulated industries. Our product leverages automation and AI agents to transform how organizations handle identity verification, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance — replacing manual, error‑prone workflows with intelligent automation. /p pWe’re a growing team based in Barcelona, working at the intersection of AI, legal compliance, and regulated industries. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our platform. This is a high‑impact, high‑autonomy role where you’ll work directly with the CEO, engineering, business development, and customers to shape what we build and how we bring it to market. /p pYou’ll be the connective tissue between our users, our technology, and our business goals. You’ll spend real time with customers understanding their pain points, translate those insights into a clear product vision, and ensure the team ships the right things at the right time. You’ll also play a key role in communicating product updates, creating enablement materials, and making sure our users get maximum value from the platform. /p pThis role is adecuado for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, is deeply curious about AI, and regulated industries, and can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. /p pAt Parallel, product quality and user experience are non‑negotiable. We obsess over every interaction, every flow, and every pixel — because our users work in high‑stakes, regulated environments where clarity and reliability matter. We're looking for someone who shares that same standard: a product mind that instinctively asks, “is this the best experience we can give?” and isn't satisfied until the answer is yes. Your eye for detail, your taste for great product, and your drive to advocate for the user will weigh heavily in our evaluation. /p pGross salary range: €50,000-65,000 /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. /li liIdentify opportunities for new features and product improvements through customer research, data analysis, and market trends. /li liPrioritize ruthlessly using clear frameworks, and communicate tradeoffs transparently to stakeholders. /li /ul h3Customer User Discovery /h3 ul liConduct regular conversations with customers and end‑users to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and unmet needs.

As you build context and trust, you’ll be entrusted with more autonomy to organize yourself and work with customers from wherever you prefer. /li libStock options. /b Access to our stock options plan (phantom shares) after 6 months. /li libFlexible compensation. /b Tailor a portion of your salary into benefits you value most (health services, transportation, meals) with tax efficiency built in. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
