Experteer Overview
In this role you drive global Asset Management proposals, coordinating commercial and technical inputs to deliver competitive, compliant offers aligned with customer needs and growth goals. You will lead bid strategy, planning, and governance, partnering with commercial, technical, product, and regional teams to craft solutions that create shareholder value. You will apply analytics and commercial judgment across the bid lifecycle and mentor others to improve proposal processes. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on timely, high-quality tender documentation and risk-aware decision making.

• Apply analytical thinking and commercial judgment to tailor proposals and support decision-making
• Act as a key contact for proposal development, supporting continuous improvement of processes, tools, and mentoring colleagues

Responsabilidades
• Advanced experience in Sales u0026 Proposals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (8–12 years)
• Experience in Sales, Proposals, Bid Management, or Commercial Operations
• Proven end-to-end proposal and tender management
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
