In this Senior Software Engineer role, you own end-to-end delivery of impactful features for Perk’s billing domain. You’ll work within cross-functional squads to understand customer pains, design and implement scalable solutions, and measure impact. You’ll help shape the technology roadmap, write design docs, and drive architectural quality. The team emphasizes autonomy, pragmatism, and real ownership, with AI-infused workflows guiding development. You’ll contribute to a mission to simplify travel and spend management for thousands of customers.

• Write design documents and contribute to the squad's quarterly goals and long-term vision

Responsabilidades
• Senior software engineering experience with ownership of product features
• Ability to write and defend design documents and xqbhyrx influence architecture decisions
• Experience in building scalable systems, with attention to performance and data migrations
• Proven mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and impact across multiple teams
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing strategies, and coding standards
• Interest in AI-augmented development and using AI in workflows
• Experience with or interest in security, observability, and incident management
• Ability to operate across the full stack and communicate complex ideas to varied stakeholders
