In this role, you will be at the heart of transforming designs into reality. Your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of a luxury villa that fulfills our client's expectations and high standards and within time and cost constraints. /ph3Key Role Outcomes /h3ulliEnsure that project plans and specifications are followed on-site. /liliMonitor construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations. /liliConstruction cost and schedule compliance. /liliConduct safety inspections and report any potential hazards. /liliCommunicate project status and issues to the Head of Construction and stakeholders. /liliPropose solutions and make recommendations to keep the project on track. /liliServe as a liaison between the office and the construction site. /liliStrive to meet or exceed client expectations for project quality and performance. /liliHigh level of seniority to deputize for the Head of Construction when required.
