In this EU-based role, you drive the identification and development of new markets for Elementis technologies, translating market needs into scalable application solutions. You partner with market development and technology to convert differentiators into compelling value propositions, supporting growth through validated programs. You lead cross-functional projects and coordinate launches while maintaining close alignment with Exco. This role blends strategic market insight with hands-on execution to expand Elementis’ market footprint.

• Identify and assess new market opportunities for Elementis technologies/products
• Conduct market research, industry mapping, and value proposition drafting to enable decisions
• Prepare business cases and quarterly progress updates to Exco




• Support Technical Sales in market development in Asia and drive product launches for approved markets
• Provide internal training to technical, commercial teams and distributors
• Ensure technical data, tools, and documentation enable lead conversion and new customer development
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects across new markets with clear timelines and dashboards
• Coordinate Ru0026D coordination to introduce new xqbhyrx products in stage-gate processes and ensure smooth handover to sales post-launch

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in sales/marketing or NBD in battery technology
• Experience and network in Asia battery technology is a must
• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably Chemistry, Sales, Business or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Remote/Hybrid work acceptable with up to 50% travel
